KTR Services provides cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for water bores to businesses and individual customers across Australia. All services are provided as agreed at the time of booking or engagement.

Our services are available to customers aged 18 and over, or to businesses legally operating in Australia. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Bookings and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or through a direct agreement. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service where payment terms are not met.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.

No Refund Policy

As our services are customised and delivered upon request, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our service, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue.

Liability Disclaimer

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, KTR Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues or damage to the bore or surrounding infrastructure.

  • Delays due to weather, access issues, or unforeseen site conditions.

  • Loss of water access during service periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a term, condition or warranty (whether implied by law or otherwise) is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the cost of the service at our discretion.

Customer Obligations

Customers must ensure:

  • Full access to the bore area at the agreed time.

  • Accurate disclosure of bore conditions or previous issues.

  • Compliance with all local council and water authority regulations.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including logos, text, images, and graphics is the property of KTR Services and protected under Australian copyright law. You may not use, reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and service location to provide our services. All data is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
